Tove Lo

Ebba Tove Alsa Nilsson, better known as Tove Lou, is a Swedish singer and songwriter. In addition to her solo work, she has written several songs for other artists, including “Homemade Dynamite” for Lorde and “Love Me Like You Do” for Ellie Goulding, a song that received a Grammy Award nomination. Nilsson was born in Stockholm, Sweden. While still a young girl, she began writing poetry and short stories, and later studied at the Rytmus Musikergymnasiet music school.

Tove Lo’s solo career began in 2012, when the girl presented the single “Love Ballad”. But popularity came to her after the release of the single “Habits” in 2013. Later, the song hit the charts also in a remix by Hippie Sabotage.

In early 2014, the singer released her debut mini-album Truth Serum, which included new singles “Out Of Mind” and “Not On Drugs”, as well as the songs “Over” and “Paradise”. In September, she presented a full-length album called “Queen Of The Clouds”.

She is the epitome of pop music’s uncontrolled energy. Flashes of emotion are the main theme in Tove Lo’s songs. She sings about the impulses that people experience in life and tries to give us a second breath. Tove Lu’s name as a big artist has only existed for 4 years, but it has already made its way into the music world.
