Touch & Go

Touch and Go is a British pop-jazz band whose members include Vanessa Lancaster and James Lynch.

Touch & Go was founded by iconic British radio presenter and music journalist Charlie Gillett and his business partner at Oval Music, Gordon Nelki. Both have broad musical tastes and a desire for the different.

Having worked with millionaire composer David Lowe on the Dreamcatcher project, Charlie and Gordon decided to invite David, whose talents they absolutely admired, to participate in the creation of an innovative project based on jazz variations of popular music with a very “economical” use of lyrics – a rather unexpected move for today’s show business.

Touch & Go music has been chosen by brands such as NOKIA, APPLE, CARLSBERG, BACARDI, SANPELLEGRINO and in a huge number of movies, it was the official soundtrack of the MISS WORLD contest commercials, Vanessa and Jim personally participated in the filming of Coronation Street and East Enders.
