Sandra is a German singer known for her participation in the musical project Arabesque and her solo career. “Arabesque” had a success similar to the popularity of “AVVA”, and the independent creative activity of the singer found fans in different countries.

In 1979, the producers of the musical group “Arabesque” offered Sandra a contract. At that time the girl was 16 years old. Parents’ hopes were justified: their daughter became a popular singer. The group existed for 6 years. Its songs were popular in many countries.

Tickets for the concert were sold in full already on the day of appearance at the box office. During the existence of the musical project, the girls released 1 disk and 15 audio tapes. In their native Germany, the demand for the group was more modest. In Europe, “Arabesque” released 12 audiolents and 13 singles.

The singer’s solo career began by accident. At one of the performances in 1985, she met with musician Michel Cretu. Between young people there was a romantic relationship. At the request of her lover, Sandra left “Arabesque” to perform independently.
