Martin Solveig

Martin Solveig is a French DJ and music producer from Paris. He also hosts a weekly radio show “C’est La Vie” on stations around the world, including FG DJ Radio in his home country. He is the creator of the Mixture Stereophonic label.

In just five years Martin Solveig has managed to enter the international electronic music scene. From “Heart of Africa” to the latest track “Rejection” – all his projects have deservedly attracted the attention of the world audience. The collection of DJ’s best hits “So Far”, released in 2006, was no exception. On one record harmoniously coexist a cover-version of a classic Ray Charles composition, a duet in Cape Verde style and a 100% funky track in the best traditions of Prince.

Martin Solveig prefers standard samples to creating original compositions in his own unique style. After all, this is the only way to earn the trust of the public in the fickle world of dance music.
