Keyshia Cole

Keisha Cole is an American rhythm and blues singer and songwriter. To date, Cole has released four music albums, two of which have achieved platinum status. From 2006 to 2008 a reality show about Keisha’s life was aired on the BET channel.

On her adulthood, the girl went to conquer the vastness of domestic show business. In the early 2000s, Cole had already signed an agreement with A & M.

In 2005 with this studio began her first album The Way It Is, it in the same year reached its “golden”, having sold out in 500 thousand copies. The following year the album went platinum, as it sold 1 million copies.

In 2007, the duet single Last Nigt with Diddy was released. Another successful effort was the recording of Let It Go with Lil Kim and Missy Elliott. It was conceived as a component of Lil Kim’s album.

When it became known that the composition won leading positions in two charts at once: Hot R&B / Hip Hop Songs and Billboard Hot 100, the singer agreed with Lil to include it in her second album. It was released on September 25, 2007 and was titled Just Like You.

The success of the second album was again outstanding – #1 on the top R&B / Hip Hop Albums and #2 on the charts. Three months later, i.e. by the end of the year, Just Like You went platinum and was nominated for the famous Grammy Award.
