Keilani Ashley Parrish, known as Keilani, is an American singer, songwriter, and dancer. Kehlani hails from Oakland, California, where she gained initial fame as a member of the teen pop group PopLyfe, which was a finalist on America’s Got Talent.

Singer Kehlani (Kehlani) has captivated the world with her soulful voice and songs in which she sings about what is close to every person: love and loyalty, friendship and finding oneself. Keilani can be different, funny or sad, romantic or rude, but she is always amazingly sincere, that is the secret of her popularity.

In 2014, Keilani released her first mixtape, which reached number 28 on the list of the best albums of the year, and in 2015, she went on a concert tour with rapper G-Eazy, where she opened for him.

Spring 2015 marked a major milestone in Keilani’s creative career, releasing her second compilation in April, which was named the best R&B album of the year. A week after the release of “You Here Be Here,” the singer, whose name was already on everyone’s lips across America, signed to the Atlantic Records label. The track “Gangsta” was chosen as the soundtrack for an episode of the fantasy film “Suicide Squad”, columnists of Rolling Stone and Complex called Keilani a genius musician the world has been waiting for, and in 2016 the singer was nominated for a Grammy.
