Ingrid Alberini, better known as In Grid, is an Italian singer, composer and arranger.

Ingrid got used to fame from childhood: already in her school years the singer played the guitar quite well, and she often had to sign autographs. She sang in her homeland for more than ten years. Her first major success came in 1994, when Ingrid won the regional competition “The Voice of Sanremo”. She has participated as a guest at important meetings and visits: in Monte Carlo for Ferrari pilots; in Tokyo for Discografica Avex; at the Sanremo Municipal Casino, etc.

But it was Ingrid’s song “Tu es foutu”, written as a consequence of a personal drama, that brought her world fame. “You’re a scoundrel! You scoundrel!” – is the meaning of her unforgettable hit. The singer was abandoned by her lover, and to heal her soul wound, she went to the Cote d’Azur. The desire to release emotions, as well as the French atmosphere of the resort did its job: the song was written. Then a happy coincidence brought Ingrid together with world-famous producers Larry Pignagnoli and Marco Soncini, and soon the hit song saw the light of day.

The song conquered one after another European charts and then America. It is enough to look at the result: In-Grid is a global star, a singer known and loved everywhere, the owner of a wonderful voice, attractive appearance, unique style, open character, sociable disposition and, as a result, a huge number of fans, who achieved success solely by her own labor and talent.
