Blue Man Group

Blue Man Group is a musical collective from New York City, whose performance is accompanied by all sorts of performances in the stage persona of “blue aliens”. The group consists of Matt Goldman, Phil Stanton, and Chris Wink.

Blue Man Group is an incredible blend of fine art, science, vaudeville, offbeat percussion and sparkling humor. They are not just a band, but a special phenomenon in contemporary American culture.

The band’s debut album “Audio” was nominated for a Grammy Award in the Best Instrumental Pop Album category. Released in 2000, it reached gold status in 2002.

Their second CD “The Complex” differs from the previous one to a great extent. In it, the band moved away from purely instrumental music and released an essentially rock ‘n’ roll record, inviting Dave Matthews, Gavin Rossdale, Tracy Bonham, Dan The Automato and others to collaborate on the record. The song “The Current” recorded with Gavin Rossdale from the band BUSH was included in the soundtrack of the blockbuster film “Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines”. And the song I Feel Love is an original and super groovy cover of the classic disco hit.
