Biography

Carla Camila Cabello Estrabao is a Cuban-American singer who rose to fame after appearing on the television show The X Factor in 2012, where she was joined by the group Fifth Harmony. Camila Cabello first came to attention as a member of a girl pop group, and after deciding to embark on a solo career, her popularity has only increased. The Cuban-Mexican-American singer broke into the music charts with the hit Havana, and has since given the public many other memorable tracks.

American television show The X-Factor gave Camila a ticket to the world of show business. Instead of celebrating the traditional holiday Kinseaneru, the girl persuaded her parents to take her to the auditions. The artist sang with talent, but her number never made it to the air because of copyright problems. Her worries did not end there, and soon Camila dropped out of the project, but she was brought back to become a member of the girl pop group Fifth Harmony. The lineup also included Lauren Hureghi, Ellie Brooke, Dinah Jane and Normani.

After completing her set on The X-Factor, the artist continued to perform with the group. The girls signed a contract with Simon Cowell’s recording studio and soon presented their debut mini-album to the public. It was called BetterTogether and sold 28 thousand copies in the first week. This ensured the 6th place in the Billboard 200 chart.
